I came across some websites that offer blog commenting as a service. I have been doing this for years so I was wondering what exactly are these websites offering. They offer a blog comment on a PR0 or even non rated post at 40cent a comment. Sounds like a great business to me. From my experience I can say that it is well possible to do 2 - 3 comments per minute on posts you have read. So you can easily make 40 - 60$ hourly rate. What you need to do is start by sourcing a list of blogs that do follow. Do follow means that the page passes on PR. You can find such a list of dofollow blogs  on one of my other blogs. There are many more that can be found by searching the net. I came across a excellent post regards how to find dofollow blogs Basic steps to setup your business:

• Setup a simple website and offer blog commenting as a service.

• Do 100 monthly comments to increase links and PR of your own website.

• Offer this service in forums, classifieds such as Craigslist etc.

Within 4 - 6 month you should be able to have acquired a reasonable amount of customer that will buy (X) amount of comments on a monthly basis.
